SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item manufacturing, packaging, transport and handling.
Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order completion.
Our website shows a vast range of items of which are mostly made to order as each item is hand made and mainly customised to the exacting style requested. As such we ensure our delivery systems are in place to both protect the item and to provide the fastest and most reliable shipping service once the item has been created.
Our next day delivery providers, TNT, UPS, DPD & Royal Mail will be trusted with your package/s upon completion of manufacturing and quality control. We aim to complete within 14 days after the order is placed however this can vary. If you have a prefered delivery provider of those we offer, please let us know and will will do our best to accomodate your requests. Some items exceed the size limitations of some couriers at which time we may have no option of which delivery partner to use. Large items may also be limited to a 48 hour delivery schedule and any item with mirror, glass or or our largest of products may be shipped with a specialist courier such as Fragilistics.
Orders with larger quantities are likely to be paletised and delivered using alternative couriers. Paletised deliveries will require manual handling on receipt.

Next Day Delivery: Please ensure you have provided a mobile contact number to assist. Out next day couriers will provide you with more specific delivery information.
Collection In Person: Please make contact for a suitable collection time and date.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of defective merchandise with prior arrangement and where the returned item includes the provided Returns Material Authorisation Number.
Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise must be received in the same condition as when it was received and will be assessed on receipt prior to the issue of any refunds or replacements. Return carriage and/or restock fee may apply where goods are not defective.
Items should be packaged to avoid damage and may have their refund value affected if damaged by return transit and a restocking fee may be applied.
Failed collections arranged by Chicybee will unfortunately be charged by separate invoice.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Both refunds or replacements require the the returned item to be received prior to release of any replacements or refund transactions and where replacements are to be issued, we will prioritise their creation and shipment
